- Limited chat requests and global access depend on the subscription plan chosen.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
b) To Enhance User Experience
- Improve the functionality and design of the App based on usage patterns.
- Provide customer support.
- Conduct analytics and research to understand how users interact with the App.
c) To Ensure Security and Compliance
- Protect against unauthorized access to the App.

3. Subscription Plans
Hydrogen Connect offers the following paid subscription plans, with no free access to the platform:
Basic Plan
- Price: $17.99 per month.
- Duration: 1 month
- Benefits:
• View users within a 1000-kilometer radius.
• Send chat requests to other registered companies.
• Limited to three accepted chat requests per month.
Premium Plan
- Price: $39.99 per month.
- Duration: 1 month
- Benefits:
• Includes all Basic Plan features without limitations.
• Unlimited accepted chat requests.
• View producers, distributors, and consumers beyond a 1000-kilometer radius for global collaboration.
Subscription Duration:
- Subscriptions are valid for one month.
- After one month, subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.
- Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings.

4. Types of Users
There are three types of users in the app:
1. Distributor – Can connect with producers and other distributors.
2. Consumer – Can connect with producers and other consumers.
3. Producer – Can connect with distributors, consumers, and other producers.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We only share your information in the following circumstances:
a) With Other Users of the App .
Your company’s information (e.g., location, hydrogen supply/demand, contact details) will be visible to other users to facilitate networking and partnerships.Chat messages and communication between companies may be visible to authorized users involved in the conversation.
b) With Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, and analytics.These service providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
c) For Legal and Compliance Purposes
- We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to legal requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:
