These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of “Hydrogen Connect App”, an application designed to connect companies within the hydrogen sector or those looking to transition to hydrogen energy. Please read these Terms carefully before using the app. By accessing or using “Hydrogen Connect App” (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. App Overview
“Hydrogen Connect” is a platform that facilitates connections between companies involved in the hydrogen energy sector. The App offers the following services: A map showing the locations of companies and relevant hydrogen-related infrastructure. General information about the companies, including hydrogen volumes needed or available for supply. A chat function that allows companies to communicate directly with each other. Use of the App is only available through a subscription plan.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must be a registered company or entity involved in the hydrogen sector or intending to transition into the hydrogen market. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you: Have full legal capacity and authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization. Will provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration. Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Subscription and fees
Access to “Hydrogen connect” is available through a subscription plan. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Subscription Fees: You will be charged a periodic fee for the use of the App, as outlined in the pricing section.
Payment: Payment must be made in accordance with the chosen subscription plan. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.
Renewals and Cancellations: Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription.
4. Use of the app
You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following is strictly prohibited: Misrepresenting your company or organization. Sharing or disclosing confidential information without consent. Using the chat or map functionalities for spam, fraud, or any illegal activities. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the App's code or content.
5. Information sharing
“Hydrogen connect” facilitates the exchange of information between companies in the hydrogen sector. By using the App, you agree to: Share certain business-related data, including but not limited to your company's location and hydrogen-related information such as volumes needed or available for supply. Keep your information accurate and up to date. Acknowledge that any information you share may be visible to other users and companies on the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information shared by other users.
6. Privacy and data security
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our [Privacy Policy]. However, please note that any information you share on the App, including via the chat function, may be accessible by other users. We recommend that you do not share sensitive or confidential information unless necessary.
7. Intellectual property
All content and materials provided by “Hydrogen connect”, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of “Hydrogen connect” and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without prior written consent from “Hydrogen connect”.
8. Limitation of liability
“Hydrogen connect” is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we aim to ensure the functionality of the App, we make no guarantees regarding: The accuracy of information shared on the platform. Continuous, uninterrupted access to the App. The suitability of the App for your specific needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, “Hydrogen connect”, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in any activity that may harm the App or its users. You may also terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.
